The domain https://karmikkalyan.org/ (the “Website” or “Platform”), including its related mobile site, is owned and operated by Karmik Kalyan Abhivrudhi Samasthe, with its registered office at Opp Sawmill, Majagoan Main Road, Udyambag, Belagavi 590008, Karnataka, India (“Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, “you”, “your” or “user” means any natural or legal person accessing or using the Platform. Accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions under these Terms of Use, so please read them carefully before proceeding.

• You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information during and after registration, and you are responsible for all acts done through your registered account.
• Neither we nor any third party provides any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this Website.
• Your use of our Services and the Platform is solely and entirely at your own risk and discretion. You must independently assess that the Services meet your requirements.
• The contents of the Platform and the Services — including design, layout, look and graphics — are proprietary to us or licensed to us. You may not claim any intellectual property rights, title or interest in them.
• You acknowledge that unauthorised use of the Platform or the Services may lead to action against you under these Terms and/or applicable law.
• You agree to pay the charges associated with availing the Services, including the non-refundable scholarship application processing fee of Rs. 299.
• You agree not to use the Platform or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms or by Indian or local law.

The Website and the Services may contain links to third-party websites, including payment gateways and partner portals. On accessing these links you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and other policies of those third parties. These links are provided for your convenience only.

Upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you enter into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner. Online payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials on our servers.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees from any claim, demand or action (including reasonable attorney's fees) made by any third party or penalty imposed arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy or other policies, or your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights of a third party.

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim relating to them or their enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Belagavi, Karnataka.
