Refund & Cancellation Policy

The scholarship application processing fee is a fixed amount of Rs. 299 per application. This fee covers document verification, administrative processing and the review of your application. It is non-refundable once the application has been submitted and the payment has been verified, irrespective of whether the application is finally approved or rejected.

• Failed payments: If an amount is debited but the application is not created, the amount is normally auto-reversed by your bank or payment provider within 5–7 working days.
• Duplicate payments: If you are charged more than once for the same application, the extra amount will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
• Excess amount: If an amount higher than Rs. 299 is paid for a single application, the excess will be refunded in full.

Write to info@karmikkalyan.org within 7 days of the transaction with your application number (KRM-XXXXXXXX), the UTR / transaction reference number, the amount, the date of payment and a screenshot of the payment. Our team will verify and respond within 3 working days.

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days of approval and are credited back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take an additional 5–10 working days to reflect in your account.

An application may be cancelled by the applicant before the payment is verified by our team. Once the payment is verified and the application enters review, it cannot be cancelled and the processing fee is not refundable.

Donations made to Karmik Kalyan Abhivrudhi Samasthe are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable. In case of a demonstrable error — such as a duplicate transaction or an incorrect amount entered — write to us within 7 days of the transaction and we will review the request and process an eligible refund to the original payment method.
